That’s why our work begins with conversation. I will listen to your experience, gently explore how you’re feeling in your body, and understand what you need right now.
There is no concern too small. Whether you're months or years post-birth, this is a safe space to be seen and heard—without judgement and always at your pace.

C-section recovery is delicate—physically and emotionally. The techniques I use are gentle and tailored completely to you.
We often begin by exploring your breathing patterns, helping you reconnect with your core and create a sense of freedom in your body.
This breath-led approach supports healing, encourages nervous system regulation, and lays the foundation for any hands-on work that follows. You are always in control.

TOUCH -- Bespoke Treatment, Empowering Support

No two scars—and no two women—are the same. I’ll talk you through the treatment options and always ask for your permission before beginning.
I use a combination of scar massage, myofascial release, lymphatic techniques, and gentle abdominal work, all designed to support healing, reduce sensitivity, improve mobility, and help you reconnect with your body.
You’ll also receive guidance on how to care for your scar at home, so you can continue to support your recovery long after our session ends.

Time To heal

Drink lots of water to hydrate your cells as they are working really hard to help you heal

Gently massage your scar and tummy daily to help with adhesions

Get out for a walk daily to help your metal wellbeing and lymphatic system
